With over 21 years of professional experience, including 13 years in high-level positions at some of Eastern Africa’s most prominent media houses, Monicah has a wealth of expertise and insights to share with audiences seeking to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of business and social impact. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Nation Media Group, and she also oversees the Broadcasting division, prior to joining NMG, she was the Country Manager for Kwese Sports in Kenya.

When not working to reimagine media business models, she passionately supports Arsenal Football Club, is an avid hiker, and loves doing life with her family.
