With 20 years in the media industry—14 at BBC Worldwide in senior commercial roles—I’ve always been passionate about developing people. I saw first-hand the impact of great leadership training and was driven to ensure teams had the support they needed to succeed.

For the past 17 years, I’ve specialised in leadership development, coaching and facilitation. I work with individuals and teams to strengthen leadership capability, build confidence, and create space for meaningful change. My style is approachable, practical and rooted in sound theory. I focus on challenging thinking, sparking conversations and unlocking growth.
