Innovation’s Senior Consultant, Lucio has considerable experience in content creation and executive leadership in media organisations, from editorial to CEO-level roles. He started his career in his native Brazil before holding several editorial and executive roles at the BBC, including BBC News and BBC World Service, where he pioneered the introduction of multimedia operations by BBC language services and was a member of the World Service’s executive board. He also led teams responsible for broadcast and digital services both for the UK and international audiences. With Innovation Media, he has worked with several media organisations around the world on their editorial, digital and commercial transformation.
