Işık Şimşek is a Turkish media executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in publishing, media and brand building. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across some of the world’s most influential international media brands in Turkey, including ELLE, L’Officiel, Grazia and Marie Claire.

She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Heepimiz, a women-founded next-generation media company established to rethink the traditional publishing model and build a new ecosystem at the intersection of media, content, community, events and investment.

Today, Heepimiz publishes InStyle Türkiye, InStyle Home Türkiye and Travel + Leisure Türkiye and is expanding its portfolio with new international media partnerships and markets, including the GCC region.

Şimşek is also the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of InStyle Türkiye and Publisher of Travel + Leisure Türkiye. Her work focuses on building sustainable new business models for premium media brands and exploring how established global titles can evolve through local entrepreneurship, community and new revenue streams.
