Irene Smit is the founder and creative director of Flow Magazine and Creative Director Mindstyle at Roularta Media Group. She focuses on cultivating wellbeing through thoughtful journalism and the power of paper. In her role as Creative Director Mindstyle, she works at the intersection of creativity and wellbeing.

In addition to being an award-winning magazine maker, she is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. In recent years, she has specialized in positive psychology, mindfulness, and behavior change. Through her work, she explores how paper-based experiences can support reflection, focus, and a sense of calm.
