Esther is the Editorial & Events Director at Flashes & Flames and MediaVoices, two leading media analysis brands. She co-founded and grew the Publisher Podcast Awards into a fully fledged Summit, as well as launching new mini Summits and Awards around newsletters, apps and print. Following Flashes & Flames’ acquisition of Media Voices, she is working on new and existing events for the two brands, including The Definitive AI Forum in November. She is also responsible for programming The Publisher Podcast and Newsletter; weekly deep dives from MediaVoices.
