Christian Toksvig

Christian Toksvig is a senior media executive whose career spans print magazines, television and streaming services, and social media. He is the founder of Cocoa Media, a boutique distributor of streaming television channels, and an independent advisor to media companies across Europe. 

He previously served as SVP EMEA at HBO Max; Chief Commercial Officer at Bedrock/RTL; and VP Business Development at Getty Images. He began his career in print publishing, and has an editorial and commercial foundation from leading OK! Magazine International at Northern & Shell and managing the international portfolio of daily newspapers at Metro International. 

Across social media, digital product, and content strategy, Christian is known for building audience growth, strengthening brand relevance, and connecting premium storytelling with measurable business outcomes. 

At the FIPP World Congress, Christian brings a practical case study on how magazine brands can work together with social media influencers to increase their reach and revenue.
