I’m an executive coach and leadership consultant, helping individuals and organisations build clarity, confidence and capability. Drawing on years of senior leadership experience in media and strategy, I support clients to think deeply, act decisively, and lead with purpose.
After a successful career leading teams and transformation at companies including BBC Studios, Channel 5, Immediate Media and Future Publishing, I shifted focus to coaching and development. I’m accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with a style that’s grounded, supportive and thought-provoking.

My work is centred on unlocking leadership potential: helping clients overcome challenges, shape direction and grow into their next chapter with energy and focus.
