Charlotte Rica

Psychologist and high-performance coach

A journalist turned performance psychologist, Charlotte Ricca combines more than 20 years’ experience in media with expertise in human performance and behaviour change.

Her career spans journalism, broadcasting and global content and communications – including work for The Guardian, i Paper, The Independent and FIPP’s Media Unscripted – giving her first-hand insight into an industry where AI, changing audience behaviours and shifting business models are reshaping roles and ways of working.

Drawing on her work with elite athletes, business leaders and organisations, Charlotte applies the psychology of high performance to the workplace – helping people perform under pressure, adapt to change and turn intention into action.

With MScs in Experimental Psychology and Sport and Exercise Psychology, she brings a practical, human-centred approach to performance and transformation.
