Andrea Davies has extensive experience in the digital transformation of consumer media and advises businesses on strategy, M&A, scaleup and value creation. She held executive board positions at leading publishers IPC Media, Time Inc. UK, TI Media and Future before building a portfolio of NED, Chair and board advisory roles. As an executive she led M&A, strategy and significant business units through transformation from legacy print to digital media, including some of the UK’s most iconic magazine brands.
Andrea began her career at Arthur Andersen as a Chartered Accountant and brings strong financial oversight and strategic focus to her board and advisory roles. She is experienced in transforming operating models enabled through people and technology; and is a passionate advocate for being customer insight and data led.
She is currently board advisor and fractional Chief Strategy Officer for Time Well Spent Media; Non-Executive Director at National World PLC, Non-Executive Chairman of InterMedia Brand Marketing Limited and Non-Executive Director of Intersend Limited and InterDirect Limited and Non-Executive Director of Public Digital Holdings Ltd.
