Founded by Mary Langan in 2010 following a successful commercial leadership career in publishing, Chris Kerwin joined her in 2023, bringing a wealth of senior experience from the media industry.  NUA takes a highly tailored, collaborative approach to every engagement. 

Whether designing a leadership programme, facilitating strategic thinking, or coaching individuals and teams, NUA creates space for reflection, learning, and growth.
