Pooja Bagga

Pooja is an accomplished leader with over 25 years’ experience. She is renowned for driving high-impact, complex transformations across business and technology. Pooja is responsible for driving the Guardian’s corporate technology and data strategy.

Pooja joined the Guardian from Royal Mail Group where she successfully led a number of large-scale, multi-year transformation projects. This included moving away from legacy technology, streamlining operations during Covid-19 by digitising manual processes and leading Royal Mail’s recovery from a cyber-attack. She was also the executive sponsor of the diversity, equity and inclusion network.

Prior to joining Royal Mail Pooja led ERP transformation, merger and acquisition activities and cross company integrations at British Airways, Transport for London (TfL) and IAG.
