Erika Heilman is Group Publisher and Senior Vice President at Harvard Business Review, where she leads HBR’s commercial business, overseeing subscriptions, advertising, book publishing, licensing, events, and product development. Previously, Erika served as Deputy Publisher and Vice President, where she helped shape the organization’s commercial strategy and growth. She also serves as Publisher of HBR Press, the company’s book publishing arm, and is a member of HBR’s IP Strategy Council, Strategic Partnerships Team, and AI Monetization Task Force.
Prior to joining HBR, Erika was Co-Founder and Publisher of Bibliomotion, a nonfiction publisher specializing in business and parenting titles that was acquired by Taylor & Francis/Informa in 2016. Earlier in her career, she held editorial roles at Nicholas Brealey Publishing, Peterson’s, and John Wiley & Sons.
