Nicki is a seasoned marketer and entrepreneur, best known as the founder of The River Group, established nearly 31 years ago. With a career rooted in brand marketing, Nicki spent six years at Procter & Gamble before launching River, and holds both an MBA in Strategic Marketing and a DBA in Brand Marketing.

Her expertise lies in bringing brands to market, fostering customer advocacy, and driving ROI and EBITDA growth. Beyond River, Nicki has a portfolio of business interests, including co-founding Beauty & Vitality Skincare and Silverlock Ward Galleries, as well as owning Lightning Properties. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Angling Direct and a Forever Founder at FFinc.

Nicki is a regular conference speaker and serves on the board of FIPP, the global media organization. After 9 years as a trustee, she was appointed Joint Patron of The Katie Piper Foundation in 2024, reflecting her long-standing commitment to meaningful causes.
